This is a vintage Croton ladies mechanical wristwatch from the 1950s. It is a manual-wind timepiece, powered by an original Croton Watch Co. Inc. mechanical movement, caliber F3DN-A979 (based on FEF 400), featuring 17 jewels, a sweep second hand, a 36-hour power reserve, and operating at 21,600 vibrations per hour. Swiss-made.
The watch is housed in a 22mm round stainless steel case with a classic lug design. It is also waterproof.
Original champagne dial adorned with silver Arabic numerals, luminous dots as hour markers, a bold minute/seconds track, and matching hands. The dial is signed with the Croton name at the top and "waterproof" at the bottom.
It comes fitted with a new-old-stock brown genuine calf two-piece strap.
This watch is still in good condition, runs very well, and keeps excellent time!

Having said that, we never photoshop any of our photography, remove blemishes, etc. We adjust the lighting, when necessary, but what you see is what you are getting, and we take pride in that.
